Reviewer Guideline
1. General Principles
The review must be fair, confidential, and impartial.
Avoid personal criticism of the author; focus only on the quality of the manuscript.
Do not use any information from the manuscript for personal purposes.
2. Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers should evaluate the manuscript on the following points:
Originality & Novelty: Does the research contribute something new?
Relevance: Is the paper relevant to the scope of the journal?
Structure & Organization: Is the manuscript well-organized with clear sections (Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion)?
Methodology: Are the research methods appropriate and reliable?
References: Are the references recent, relevant, and correctly cited?
Language & Presentation: Is the paper clearly written and easy to understand?
3. Reviewer’s Recommendation
At the end of the review, the reviewer should choose one of the following recommendations:
Accept
Minor Revision
Major Revision
Reject
4. Ethical Responsibilities
Disclose any conflicts of interest to the editor immediately.
Report if you detect plagiarism, duplicate submission, or ethical misconduct.
Maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript at all times.
5. Timeframe
Reviews should be completed within the allotted time and submitted to the editors promptly.
If unable to complete the review on time, the reviewer should notify the editor in advance.
